Kansa is an ancient Indian alloy made of Copper and Tin. It has been used in India for thousands of years for eating, drinking, and cooking. Ayurveda considers Kansa one of the most beneficial metals for human health.
Q: Are your products 100% pure?
Yes! All Janak Bronze products are 100% pure and Third-Party Lab Tested for purity and safety. We never compromise on quality.
Q: Are your products handcrafted?
Yes. Every product is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans in Sirohi, Rajasthan. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in size, weight, or finish are natural and not defects.
Q: Are Janak Bronze products food-safe?
Absolutely! Our products are ISO Certified and lab tested to ensure they are completely safe for food and water use.
Q: What metals do you work with?
We craft products in three pure metals:

Q: How long does delivery take?
Domestic (India): 3–10 business days depending on your location.
International: 7–20 business days depending on the destination country.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within India. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to selected countries worldwide including UAE, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and more. International shipping charges apply.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at janakbronze@gmail.com if you need to make changes.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 3–5 days of delivery for unused products in original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
Email us at janakbronze@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product within 5 days of delivery.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately at janakbronze@gmail.com to cancel.
🌏 Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I clean Bronze (Kansa) products?
Clean with warm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, dishwashers, and steel scrubbers. Dry immediately after washing to prevent water spots.
Q: Why has my Bronze product turned dark?
Darkening or patina is a natural process in Bronze products. To restore shine, rub with a mixture of lemon juice and salt or use a natural metal polish.
Q: Can I use Bronze products in the microwave?
No. Metal products should never be used in a microwave.
Q: Can I use Copper products for hot beverages?
Copper is best used for storing water at room temperature. Avoid storing acidic drinks like lemon juice or milk in Copper vessels for long periods.

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular Wallets.
Q: Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes! All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment information is completely secure.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We accept all major online payment methods.
